FIGUR, architectural decoration in the shape of a dog on a rectangular footplate. Decorated with colored glazes and cold painting. Sitting with a right front paw on a brocade ball. Green, with a yellow man, eyes, paws and jewel white, eyes with black-brown pupil; the inside of the ears, eyebrows, ribbons, roses, the firefighting tops and the benornaments painted in red. The icing finely cracked, the yellow opaque, slightly cloudy; the colors flung together. Made at the furnaces in Foshan.
Purchased at Bukowskis in 1906. Price 2.500 Kr.
