The man who designed it is Reg Butler, winner of the 'Unknown Political Prisoner' competition, whose original prize winning model was destroyed while being exhibited. Showing the cake to her guests is Mrs Toni Adams. Occasion was a party given by her to launch the extension of her Rex Whistler Room restaurant on the lawn of the Tate Gallery.
