Access to Healthcare Services, Social Justice, and Economic Equality: A Study

Healthcare services are considered a fundamental condition for social justice and economic development in any society. This research paper examines the inequalities that exist in access to healthcare services. It analyzes how various factors such as socioeconomic status, gender, caste, education, and geographical location influence the availability and quality of healthcare. The findings clearly indicate that unequal access to healthcare not only deepens social injustice but also negatively affects economic equity and the prospects of national development. Thus, the paper concludes that universal health coverage and inclusive, equitable policymaking are essential to reducing health disparities and ensuring equality within society. Abstract in Hindi Language: स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ किसी भी समाज में सामाजिक न्याय और आर्थिक विकास की मूलभूत शर्त मानी जाती हैं। यह शोध-पत्र स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुँच में विद्यमान असमानताओं का अध्ययन प्रस्तुत करता है। अध्ययन में यह विश्लेषण किया गया है कि सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति, लिंग, जाति, शिक्षा और भौगोलिक स्थिति जैसे विभिन्न कारक किस प्रकार स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की उपलब्धता और गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित करते हैं। परिणाम स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाते हैं कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की असमान पहुँच न केवल सामाजिक अन्याय को बढ़ाती है, बल्कि आर्थिक विषमता और राष्ट्रीय विकास की संभावनाओं पर भी नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालती है। इस प्रकार, शोध पत्र यह निष्कर्ष प्रस्तुत करता है कि सर्वसामान्य स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा और समावेशी, न्यायसंगत नीति-निर्माण स्वास्थ्य असमानताओं को कम करने और समाज में समानता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अनिवार्य हैं। Keywords: स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ, सामाजिक न्याय, आर्थिक समानता, स्वास्थ्य असमानता, ग्रामीण और शहरी स्वास्थ्य
