Proses Proses Manufaktur Automatic Trash Rake Rotary

Air merupakan kebutuhan vital bagi manusia, baik untuk keperluan rumah tangga maupun industri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan konsumsi debit air yang stabil agar pasokan air tetap terjaga hingga hilir sungai. Salah satu cara untuk memastikan kelancaran aliran air adalah dengan menghilangkan sumbatan sampah pada mulut bendungan menggunakan Automatic Trash Rake (ATR) Rotary. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses manufaktur, pengujian material, efisiensi waktu kerja ATR, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas ATR baru dibandingkan dengan metode pembersihan manual. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengoperasikan ATR baru dan membandingkannya dengan trash rake manual. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ATR baru mampu beroperasi selama 30 menit dan mengangkut 12 colt bak sampah, sedangkan metode manual membutuhkan waktu 90 menit untuk mengangkut 7 colt bak sampah. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ATR Rotary mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan kapasitas pembersihan sampah secara signifikan, sehingga lebih efektif dalam menjaga stabilitas debit air. Therefore, maintaining a stable water flow rate is essential to ensure a continuous water supply downstream. One way to ensure smooth water flow is by removing trash blockages at the dam inlet using an Automatic Trash Rake (ATR) Rotary. This study aims to analyze the manufacturing process, material testing, work time efficiency of ATR, and evaluate the effectiveness of the new ATR compared to the manual cleaning method. The testing was conducted by operating the new ATR and comparing it with the manual trash rake. The results showed that the new ATR operated for 30 minutes and collected 12 truckloads of trash, whereas the manual method required 90 minutes to collect only 7 truckloads. These findings indicate that the ATR Rotary significantly improves efficiency and trash removal capacity, making it a more effective solution for maintaining water flow stability.  Keywords: Automatic Trash Rake, water flow, efficiency, dam, waste management
