View through CrossRef
The article attempts to analyze existing theoretical ideas about intersectoral connections in labor law, and also to propose, based on the analysis, a new look at the forms of intersectoral connections in the regulation of labor relations. The authors recognize that intersectoral connections in the legal regulation of labor relations manifest themselves as intersectoral connections in legislation, and therefore the article analyzes the most interesting examples of the implementation of intersectoral connections in labor legislation.
