A Study on Impact of Skills on Employee Performance to Achieve the Organizational Goal

Skill is an important factor to perform in any organisation. Employee competencies have a direct impact on the service performance and it is the significant positive and direct impact on the performance where the employee identify a separate identification among other employees. Employee skills are vital for better performance in all sectors. Importance of skill development in the process of employee performance. As part of this research, we will seek to determine the nature and extent of skills development impact in improving employee performance. This factor is likely to have a positive impact on employee motivation and performance. Employee performance also gives the positive impact on employee performance and employee retention as well. Skills will not only allow companies to perform in the right way, but also to do so by having an impact on employee motivation. Right essential skills and employees will be the better motivation of the current job and it is the survival of the company no longer depends only on the quality and quantity of production but also on the effective management of knowledge and skills. Employee skill helps to renew the employment training relationship and transformed the employee organisation relationship into a more individualised salary relationship. Organisations have tried to enhance their skills and performance through various source. Because in recent years they have grown aware that competence has invaded the sphere of human resources management and its place has become so important which is the Favors the transition from a perspective of qualifications to a perspective of competency.
