POSLOVANJE OUTSOURCING TVRTKE ZA ENERGETIKU U SEKTORU DRVNE INDUSTRIJE

Outsourcing podrazumijeva vlasnički ili zakupnički, upravljački i korisnički prijenos jednog tipa poslovanja određene tvrtke kojoj to nije primarna djelatnost na drugu tvrtku kojoj to jest primarna djelatnost. Takav odnos poslovanja i upravljanja između pojedinih djelatnosti u ovom radu prikazan je između drvno-prerađivačke tvrtke kao tvrtke-klijenta te outsourcing tvrtke za energetiku, s opisom četiriju različitih varijanti. Postavljen je model određivanja isplativosti kupovanja energije od outsourcing tvrtke. Taj je model primijenjen na konkretnoj drvno-prerađivačkoj tvrtki. Kroz diskusiju su razmotrene pogodnosti i ograničenja poslovanja outsourcing tvrtke za energetiku u Hrvatskoj.
