Meg Webster

View through Artsy
Meg Webster’s practice as a sculptor has long been guided by an environmentalist imperative to celebrate and take account of the natural world. Often working with organic materials, Webster creates simple geometric forms on a human scale and larger installations that engage the surrounding ecosystem and local community. Paula Cooper Gallery is pleased to present this OVR in conjunction with her current site-specific installation, "Wave," at LMCC’s Arts Center at Governors Island, New York.
