Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Shahe Prestressed U-Shaped Thin Shell Beam-Supported Aqueduct
View through CrossRef
The force characteristic of Shahe prestressed U-shaped thin shell beam-supported aqueduct in operational process and stress or displacement distribution effects under variety load were studied. This paper adopts universal finite element calculation software to Shahe prestress U-shaped thin shell beam-supported rectangular carry out 3-D finite element analysis. Considering eight combination operating condition of the aqueduct in operational process, the stress and displacement rules of aqueduct structure is presented, and stress and displacement variation curve of aqueduct’s calculated path under various operating condition is drawn. Research results show that pedestrian load and wind load have less effect for stress and displacement of aqueduct, but water load has great effect for mechanical behavior of aqueduct, this also fully explain that water load has huge effect for aqueduct. The analysis result supply certain reference for design and construction of prestress U-shaped thin shell beam-supported rectangular.
