New species of Patoptoformis Yakovlev, 2006 (Lepidoptera, Cossidae: Cossinae) from Northern Laos

The article describes a new species, Patoptoformis poltavskyi, sp. nov. (Lepidoptera, Cossidae: Cossinae) from Northern Laos. We give the images of the adults and genital structures for all the species of the genus. The distribution map of the genus Patoptoformis Yakovlev, 2006 is provided.
