Decorated on the front of the cup and the cavetto of the saucer with the Romanov double-headed eagle with three crowns and the Imperial Order of St. Andrew. On the body of the eagle two medallions, one with the arms of the imperial family, the other identified as the arms of Holstein-Gottorp.
