Teachers’ collaborative culture and its impact on professional practice

This article describes the impact of teacher collaboration on teaching and learning practices. Referring to the work of several scholars, the authors highlight the positive and negative factors that influence successful teacher collaboration. While intra-team cohesion, and positive school culture support collaboration, time constraints and overload hinder it. It concludes by pointing out the conditions that promote teacher cooperation. В этой статье описывается влияние сотрудничества учителей на практику преподавания и обучения. Ссылаясь на работы нескольких учёных, авторы выделяют положительные и отрицательные факторы, влияющие на успешное сотрудничество учителей. Если внутрикомандная сплочённость и позитивная школьная культура способствуют сотрудничеству, то нехватка времени и перегрузка мешают ему. В заключение авторы указывают на условия, способствующие сотрудничеству учителей. Мақалада оқыту мен оқу тәжірибесіне мұғалім ынтымақтастығының ықпалы сипатталады. Авторлар бірқатар ғалымдардың еңбектеріне шолу жасай отырып, мұғалімдердің табысты ынтымақтастығына әсер ететін оң және теріс факторларға тоқталады. Команда ішіндегі келісім, позитивті мектеп мәдениеті ынтымақтастыққа оң ықпал етсе, уақыт тапшылығы мен шамадан тыс жүктеме бұған кедергі келтіреді.
