Economic and energy diplomacy in the context of the fourth energy transition

This textbook is intended to contribute to a lot of work on finding the optimal scenario for adapting the Russian economy to the global energy transition. The textbook reveals the features of the fourth energy transition, the purpose of which is to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy sources. It is intended for undergraduate and graduate students studying in educational institutions of higher education in the implementation of the main professional educational programs in the areas of training "International Relations" and "Economics".
