Mycosis Fungoides: A differential diagnosis to consider for lichenoid keratosis
View through CrossRef
Mycosis fungoides (MF) has a wide spectrum of presentation. Its clinic is polymorphic, leading to several clinical variants. Chronic diffuse hyperpigmented lesions can be found in MF. We describe a case of lichenoid type mycosis fungoides. It differs from the classical form by the presence of erythematous and or pigmented scaly papules and not pruritic. The clinicopathological correlation is thus essential to establish a precise diagnosis of MF and its clinical simulators.
