Conștientizarea dreptului transnațional în acțiune

Situațiile transnaționale sunt imaginea dreptului transnațional în acțiune. Acest articol subliniază nevoia de a teoretiza acest drept transnațional în acțiune. Asemenea teoretizare nu poate neglija ordinile juridice transnaționale. Interacțiunea dintre actorii de drept privat și actorii de drept public este plină de dinamism. În plus, aceeași interacțiune se desfășoară dincolo de, dar și de-a lungul și de-a latul teritoriilor statelor-națiune în egală măsură. Teoretizarea acestei interacțiuni – esența dreptului transnațional în acțiune, implică, la urma urmelor, înțelegerea realităților transnaționale pe care le trăim.
