Recording for a case where Colbiørnsen, Christian (1749-1814) statesman, jurist allegedly had plans to build a road at a brickwork he owned, but where Inn Jokum Jensen’s field blocked the planned. According to the prosecutors, this was the reason why the innkeeper was subsequently convicted of illegal inns. The case came to light in public when Heiberg, Peter Andreas (1758-1841) author wrote about this after Heiberg’s death, and also accused Schønheyder, Johan Martin (1752-1831) Chief Justice Attorney General, Chamber Attorney to subsequently publish a text attacking Heiberg’s claims in order to obtain a larger loan issued by the government. This and other charges and criticisms against the rulers led in 1799 to Heiberg after the Press Freedom Ordinance of 1799 was retroactively sentenced to national banishment. Krohn: 1841
