A REVIEW OF EXPATRIATES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPTS, CHALLENGES, AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

This review paper critically evaluates the report titled 'Expatriates Training and Development' by D. Shahid Afridi. The report explores expatriate training strategies, challenges, and organizational practices in developing globally competent workforces.
