Quest’anno ricadono alcuni importanti giubilei del Vescovo Professor Ignacy Dec, attualmente l’ordinario della diocesi di Świdnica, ma da molti anni prima strettamente collegato con la nostra Facoltà. Si tratta di sessanta cinquantesimo compleanno, di quarantesimo anniversario del sacerdozio e del quinto anniversario delle ordinazioni vescovili. Il rettore della Pontificia Facoltà Teologica di Breslavia dipinge nelle calorose parole il pirofilo del Giubilato, il qual è pure il fondatore e il primo capo redattore di Wrocławski Przegląd Teologiczny (Rassegna Teologica di Breslavia).
