Xerox of CW2001.1302, diagrams and instructions for New Blue Start (?). Corrections made in black ink in artist's hand: labeling letter changed from F to H, method of steelwork changed from saw cut to machine burn, and thickness of steel increased. Found in envelope labeled 9-23-77.
