Luisteren, leren, lef – Innovatie door burgerperspectief in toezicht
De parlementaire enquête naar de gaswinning in Groningen toonde hoe burgerbelangen structureel werden genegeerd. Voor SodM betekende dit een omslag: veiligheid is niet alleen technisch, maar ook maatschappelijk en emotioneel. Door te luisteren naar bewoners, lessen te trekken uit casussen als Roodeschool, Twente en Warffum, en lef te tonen richting politiek en bedrijven, integreert SodM het burgerperspectief structureel in zijn toezicht. Dat vraagt cultuurverandering, empathie en zelfkritiek. Toekomstbestendig toezicht verbindt technische expertise met ervaringen van burgers. Alleen door luisteren, leren en lef kan vertrouwen en legitimiteit worden hersteld en behouden.
