Imaginación y sociedad, de Daniel Link (2009) y La boca del testimonio, de Tamara Kamenszain (2007) son dos intervenciones de la crítica literaria argentina que llevan a cabo una lectura particular de la filosofía de Alain Badiou. Esta serie de reapropiaciones, que incluyen el recorte, la selección y la combinación con otras perspectivas teóricas, pueden ser leídas desde la noción de Paul de Man de resistencia a la teoría en su doble acepción: en tanto insistencia en la lectura de teoría y en tanto resistencia interna de la propia teoría.
