View through CrossRef
The article is the first to compilied a multilevel hierarchy of the cultural landscape of the Khatanga-Anabar region. The identified local landscapes are designated as South Khatanga Dolgan, No.rth Khatanga Dolgan, Saskylakh Dolgan-Evenki and Yuryung-Khainsky Dolgan micro-regions. These local micro-regions reach the meso-level represented by the Khatanga and Anabar lands of Krasnoyarsk Krai and Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The preservation and functioning of the spiritual and material culture of the Dolgan ethnos unites these lands into a macro-region, which we call "Dolgan world", in ethno-cultural representation appearing as part of the civilization created by the Arctic peoples.
