Kriminalita žen v ČR se prokazatelně mění – nikoliv radikálně, ale stoupá podíl žen mezi známými pachateli, ale i mezi odsouzenými k nepodmíněnému trestu odnětí svobody a mění se též struktura jejich kriminality.
