Migrating ILS to Koha

In 2018 the Dalton McCaughey Library migrated from the SirsiDynix product Horizon to the open source ILS Koha. This was undertaken primarily for cost reasons but has benefited the library in other ways as well (Koha is a more modern and usable system). This article lists some recollections and comments on the migration process.
