Nakajima Kanzaemon as Kō no Moronao (vom Bearbeiter vergebener Titel)

Shunshōga Sh様 The Actor Nakajima Chancellaemon III. Sh中様 Sh様 ShShShSh( 1738-1794, active 1762-1793) in the role of Kō no Moronao from the play “Kanadehon Chūshingura zō ShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShShSh” performed at the Nakamura Theater in Edo in the 5th month 1776. In the “Ukiyoe meiIm” (Ukiyoe meiIm), the actor is reproduced with the name “Nakamura Mihoemon 中様 Im Im Im Im Im Im Im Im” (?) (cf. Lit.). On his robe he wears large the character “kō Auf” (only visible on the upper part), which identifies him as Kō no Moronao 様 Auf.
