Abstrac: In the Strory of the Apostles 15 which describes the dispute between Paul and Barnabas, it is often used as an excuse for disputes in a ministry in the church. In this article explain the causes of the conflict between Paul and Barnabas and its relation to the divisions that often occur in the church, as well as the spiritual principles of the split bertween Paul and Barnabas. The conlfict between the Paul and Barnabas which the gave rise to competition and hostility is also something that often happens in the church, where there is competition and desrespect in the church/ministry which then causes divisions in the church. Of the conflict between Paul and Barnabas has meaning and provides a teaching for the ministry and the church, provides a teaching on how to be a responsible minister.
