Creutz-Cronhielmska gravkoret, kyrkogården i Altuna socken 2009. Sockelputs på södra fasaden.
View through Europeana Collections
Photo before planned facade and roof renovation on the Creutz-Cronhielmska grave choir. Photo associated with cultural historical characterization to the Health and Maintenance Plan for Church and Cemetery in Altuna.
The tomb is built in 1852 in a neo-classicistic style. It replaced an old burial choir on the same site that was demolished when the medieval church was demolished and the new church was built at the height south of the cemetery. The tomb was restored inter alia 1926 and 1961. The cow has a sugar of cut natural stone. The facades are smooth-trimmed. The lower part of the facade is shaped like a protruding pedestal that is uncovered with a sheet metal strip. The plaster is dark gray. The facades above the pedestal sandy are stained in white. On the upper part of the southeast facade is the original plaster preserved. It is a brownish lime mill that is stained with several layers of white and yellowish lime paint. The eldest layer of paint looks like a pure white lime dyeing. A few diagonal wooden ribs are seen in the old putty, as on a reveted wooden building. The old putse has chopping marks that suggest hacking holes in the putse to get better adhesion at a later trimming. The gable to the southwest has a large wooden gate with trimmed scope. The gable is crowned by a fronton. On top of the gable corners and on top of the middle of the fronton are flat ledges with so-called acrophies of moulded brick. The flat saddle roof is covered with a false black plate in small plate format. Also the ledges at the acrophies are covered with false plate.
