miniature painting (oil): "Zenobia"

Dark rectangular frame containing glazed miniature image of a gypsy. The frame has a rectangle with an arched top cut out of it to reveal the painting. Image is of a young gypsy woman standing facing towards our right. She wears an orange scarf with matching beads round her neck. Her dress is traditional, with puffed sleeves and a colourful pattern. On the reverse a piece of paper is attached with a circular stamp which reads "CORPORATION OF NOTTINGHAM ART MUSEUM".
