Misperceptions about the Status of Women in Islam

فغانستان یک جامعه سنتی است و به همین سبب عرف و عنعناتی که در آ ن وجود دارد در
ء برخی از عادات و عنعنات مخالف با پرتو اصول رشیعت اسالمی ارزیابی نگردیده اند، بنا
کرامت انسانی بوده و با رشیعت اسالمی در تضاد قرار دارد .بطور مثال زنان به عنوان خون
بها داده میشوند و به عنوان حفاظت از ناموس بر اساس رواجهای چون بد یا سوره به نام
غیرت )یا ناموس( کشته میشوند. در این تحقیق در سدد ارزیابی این پرسش هستیم که آیا
این باور ها ریشه در دین و مذهب دارد و یا ناشی از عرف و عنعنات جامعه میباشد؟ با
رویکرد تحقیق کتابخانه، تحلیلی توصیفی-انتقادی به پاسخ این پرسش می پردازیم.
