TOLERANCE FORMATION OF FUTURE VOCATIONAL TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

У статті схарактеризовано основні напрями формування в майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання толерантності, яка під час подальшої професійної діяльності сприятиме успішній адаптації до педагогічного колективу, налагодженню контактів з колегами, стейкхолдерами та здобувачами освіти. Здійснено емпіричне дослідження актуального стану толерантності випускників бакалаврату. Визначено основні педагогічні умови, що забезпечують формування толерантності майбутніх педагогів: організація толерантного освітнього середовища; цілеспрямована робота з викладачами щодо толерантного ставлення до здобувачів; посилення толерантної складової змісту і процесу вивчення дисциплін психолого-педагогічного циклу; організація тренінгів толерантної поведінки здобувачів.
