Features of Project Management Automation in Small and Mdium-sized Businesses

Цель работы – с учетом основных стандартов в области управления проектами и особенностей деятельности предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса определить основные требования к информационным системам проектного управления и возможности автоматизации данного процесса с помощью ИТ-решений, представленных на отечественном рынке. Для достижения поставленной цели в статье выделены особенности деятельности малых и средних предприятий, приведены стандарты управления проектами, сформированы функциональные требования к системам автоматизации данного процесса. Выполнен обзор информационных систем управления проектами, представленных на отечественном рынке, сделан вывод о соответствии функционала программных продуктов, доступных предприятиям малого и среднего бизнеса, требованиям соответствующих стандартов. The purpose of the work is to determine the main requirements for project management information systems and the possibility of automating this process with the help of IT solutions presented on the Russian market, considering the main standards in the field of project management and the specifi cs of the activities of small and medium-sized businesses. To achieve this goal, the article highlights the features of the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises, provides project management standards, and forms functional requirements for automation systems for this process. The review of project management information systems presented on the Russian market is made, and the conclusion is made about the compliance of the functionality of software products available to small and medium-sized businesses with the requirements of the relevant standards.
