‘0-residue’ varstvo jablan

V prispevku je prikazan koncept sestavljanja škropilnih programov, katerega cilj je zagotoviti močno znižanje koncentracije ostankov fitofarmacevtskih sredstev v jabolkih ob obiranju (vsaj pod 0,01 mg/kg ali pod 0,005 mg/kg). Predstavljen je način izbora pripravkov za različna obdobja sezone ter sistem podaljšanih paralelnih karenčnih dob. Navedeni so prav tako nekateri alternativni pripravki, ki ob uporabi v drugem delu sezone v plodovih ne puščajo ostankov FFS. Prikazan je koncept presoje primernosti nasada za '0-residue' pridelavo ter posledice glede obstojnosti plodov v skladišču. Opisan sistem pridelave omogoča doseganje najzahtevnejših kakovostnih kriterijev trgovskih verig in je hkrati ekonomsko učinkovit. Podana so pojasnila o vrstah toksikoloških kakovostnih kriterijev trgovskih verig ter opisane najpogostejše težav, ki se pojavljajo pri doseganju le-teh.
