Comparison of legal culture in Ming and Qing dynasties

The Ming and Qing dynasties is an important stage in the development of Chinese legal system. The national laws in the Ming and Qing dynasties supported and maintained the clan system as a whole, but proceeded from their own interests. This article attempts to analyze the characteristics of legal culture in Ming and Qing dynasties from the perspective of clan system maintenance.
