There are drawings on both sides of the paper.The drawing shows Roman antiquities found in the Castlesteads Roman fort, Cumbria. They include a headless sculpture of a female figure holding a cornucopia, two altars, a small black beaker, and a bearded head which was part of a statue. On the reverse are three altars, two engraved gemstones (cornelian, one with a depiction of Mercury, and the heads of Jupiter, Castor, and Pollux on the other), the upper stone of a handmill, and a small trough.
