Исторический блог как средство изучения эпохи

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using social networks in educational practice, in particular in the context of studying history. The existing scientific approaches on the topic by such authors as G. Vandoorne, A. Ekland, N. White, J. Smith, E. Wenger and others are analyzed.The author identifies the problem of insufficient formation of students' ideas about historical epochs, as well as identifies possible causes of its occurrence. To solve the problem, a technology for creating a blog on a social network dedicated to a specific period is proposed, its testing is described and its effectiveness is determined.
