APPLICATION OF TERRITORIAL AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR OBTAINING DATA ON ENVIRONMENTAL RESTRICTIONS
View through CrossRef
The article is devoted to topical issues of obtaining environmental information (EI) for performing engineering and environmental surveys. Technologies allow us to receive large amounts of data, especially from satellites. The data must be integrated into systems to generate indicators. The use of geographic information systems (GIS) in environmental research is widely used in different countries to solve environmental problems. Russia has also developed information services for EI management. One of these services is the territorial information system (TIS) of Yugra with a subsystem for the provision of automated information system (AIS) services. These systems are designed to collect, store and process information, as well as improve the quality of management decisions and reduce the cost of creating spatial data.In the course of the work, a comparative analysis of the use and evaluation of the effectiveness of TIS and AIS of Yugra with traditional methods of obtaining EI was carried out.Subsystems for the provision of services in the TIS of Yugra AIS «Nature Management» provides EI for five items from the list of SP 502.1325800.2021, while traditional methods of obtaining EI allow you to obtain information on the entire list. However, the speed of providing information and its uniform form speed up the design and allow you to quickly receive updated data. The accuracy of the information received depends on the amount of integrated data. During the compilation of requests that are intentionally located in areas of environmental restrictions (EA), it was shown that not all requests are processed automatically by the system. Some data require clarification in the department, which significantly increases the time for issuing an opinion (response). The use of TIS and AIS, with all the disadvantages, has great potential in the future, since one of the key stages of environmental surveys is the collection of EI and EO, which takes a lot of time to obtain, and the use of TIS and AIS solves this problem. The implementation of TIS and AIS varies from subject to subject, and their application requires further development and data integration.

Title: APPLICATION OF TERRITORIAL AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR OBTAINING DATA ON ENVIRONMENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Description:
The article is devoted to topical issues of obtaining environmental information (EI) for performing engineering and environmental surveys.
Technologies allow us to receive large amounts of data, especially from satellites.
The data must be integrated into systems to generate indicators.
The use of geographic information systems (GIS) in environmental research is widely used in different countries to solve environmental problems.
Russia has also developed information services for EI management.
One of these services is the territorial information system (TIS) of Yugra with a subsystem for the provision of automated information system (AIS) services.
These systems are designed to collect, store and process information, as well as improve the quality of management decisions and reduce the cost of creating spatial data.
In the course of the work, a comparative analysis of the use and evaluation of the effectiveness of TIS and AIS of Yugra with traditional methods of obtaining EI was carried out.
Subsystems for the provision of services in the TIS of Yugra AIS «Nature Management» provides EI for five items from the list of SP 502.
1325800.
2021, while traditional methods of obtaining EI allow you to obtain information on the entire list.
