POLLEN ATLAS OF HAKKARİ PROVINCE
View through CrossRef
This study includes microscopic images of pollen obtained from plants collected in July, August, September, and October 2010 from 63 different regions of the Central, Çukurca, Yüksekova, and Şemdinli districts of Hakkari Province. In this study, the pollen of 185 taxa, 29 of which were at the family level and 105 at the genus level, were identified. Permanent preparations were prepared from the identified plants with Glycerin Gelatin and basic fucsin, and the preparations were examined with a Leica DM-4000 brand and model microscope. The immersion objective was used to identify pollen and obtain microphotographs. Most of these pollen belong to Apiaceae, Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Caryophyllaceae, Fabaceae, Hypericaceae, Lamiaceae, Rosaceae, Plantaginaceae and Poaceae.
