TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT OF PIANISTS USING THE “NOTEBOOK FOR THE YOUTH” BY RODION SHCHEDRIN

The paper deals with the original work of the Russian composer Rodion Shchedrin “Notebook for the Youth”. It is based on the analysis of technical problems facing teachers and students when learning this composition. A young pianist faces extraordinary tasks related to the peculiarities of the composer’s modern musical language, which gives rise to unusual technical difficulties. The paper is devoted to the ways to overcome them.
