INTEGRATION OF LABOR MIGRANTS INTO THE SOCIO-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF VLADIMIR AND THE VLADIMIR REGION

The article examines the possibilities and prerequisites for the formation of mo-tivation among migrant workers to integrate into the cultural, linguistic and educational space, the professional environment of Vladimir and the Vladimir region. The results of the project "Sports and cultural practices as a means of interethnic integration" are being studied, aimed at identifying factors contributing to the establishment of full-fledged intercultural communication between the population of the region and migrant workers, the establishment of mutual under-standing and mutual respect between them. The specificity of the psychological profile of the migrant's personality is revealed on the basis of psychological diagnostics of the emotional, mo-tivational and intellectual spheres of personality. The possibilities of creating an urban environ-ment more harmonious in terms of interethnic and interfaith relations, meeting the interests of residents of Vladimir and the Vladimir region and migrant workers are analyzed. Recommenda-tions are offered to improve the migration situation in the region.
