The Design of Ship-Borne Antenna Stabilized Platform Based on SOPC

The ship-borne antenna uses two-axis stabilized platform to isolate the posture changes of ship and mechanical shock to stabilize the direction of antenna, its working principle is to compensate for the disturbance motion in the opposite direction, which involves a lot of knowledge in the field. This paper proposed using System-on-a-Programmable-Chip (SOPC) to realize algorithmic control and Kalman signal integration of ship-borne two-axis gyro stabilized platform; It not only described the requirements of ship-bone stabilized platform and the advantages of Xilinx FPGA chips designed for motion controllers, but also gave the algorithm principle of the control system, flow chart, the mathematical model and the SOPC system structure diagram; During the design of ship-bone antenna stabilized platform based on SOPC, this paper used MEMS micro mechanical gyroscope to complete test and achieve a certain degree of accuracy, which has greatly reduced the development cost.
