The Lagging Nature of the International Competency Model and Its Dynamic Optimization Mechanism
View through CrossRef
The purpose of this study is to explore the lagging and dynamic optimization mechanisms of the international competency model. By analyzing the manifestations of model lagging and its impact on the global competitiveness of enterprises, key issues such as model updating and practical application are revealed. The research methods mainly include literature analysis, theoretical model construction, and case analysis. The research results show that the lagging construction of the international competency model is mainly manifested in the lagging of talent cultivation, market demand, and technological innovation, which significantly affects the management efficiency and market adaptability of multinational enterprises. Based on dynamic system theory and adaptive learning theory, targeted optimization paths are proposed, especially for application in cross-cultural management, strategic adjustment, and technological innovation. The research conclusion is that improving cross-cultural management capabilities and flexibly adjusting management strategies are key to promoting the dynamic optimization and development of the model. In the context of globalization, enterprises must continuously improve and optimize their mechanisms to enhance their international competency.
