The monograph is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of ensuring the quality of human resources in the scientific and educational ecosystem, which is a new form of organization in the system of higher education and science as a promising development model. The concept, approaches, and quality assurance system of human resources are presented. The processes of formation, maintenance and methods of developing the quality of human resources of the scientific and educational ecosystem are considered. The materials may be of interest to researchers, scientists, undergraduates, postgraduates, as well as university leaders interested in ensuring the quality of human resources.
