Transference and Countertransference in Sandplay Therapy

In this article Kay Bradway discusses transference and countertransference with reference to Kalff, Jung, Freud, Fordham and Kohut. She presents the rationale for her introduction and use of term "co-transference" when speaking of transference and countertransference. This article first appeared in the first issue of the Journal of Sandplay Therapy in 1991. This important article returns now with with introduction and note by Judy Zappacosta (Associate Editor) who briefly refers to the clinical case which is not included in the 2022 publication.
