Halal Food Supply Chain Management, Challenges and Solutions; A Comprehensive Review

Research and development in the field of halal food management are emerging in tandem with the growing demand for halal cuisine. Since the beginning of the millennium, scholars have examined the administration of halal food from a variety of angles and about various sectors and food categories. A remarkable rate of studies about halal food supply chains is based on two main columns and these are halal transportation or supply chain efficiency, and halal food supply chain administration. Currently, the concept of halal food has been stained because of the eased way of accessing counterfeit certification about halal food and unrestrained physical contact with halal food goods. The consciousness of the sophistication in the global food chain will assist consumers in comprehending the several major halal food cases and unsavoriness, which incline impulsion of halal food manufacturers to straighten out and commit primary differences in the halal food supply chain and management in international/international market. Halal supply chains are not as resilient when it comes to trading field features (Muslim, non-Muslim countries) and output specialization (existence unitized against bulk, conservation in cool chain versus shelf stable food). In the chain of distribution of halal food, substantiality can be guaranteed through assigned management in substructure transit. One of the most important concepts for managing and operating the global halal food chain is the provided halal warranty framework.
