Rural Female Entrepreneurship: An Empirical Investigation of Rural and Female Led Informal home based Businesses in Sindh Province of Pakistan

In current economic crises in Pakistan, Sindh rural, rural women are recognized as successful informal entrepreneurs through their desire, qualities and their abilities for robust rural Sindhi women development due to such an important contribution of rural women in informal sector, we aim to investigate the rural female entrepreneurship success factors in rural Sindh. Data was collected through pre-structured questionnaire from 400 females from different villages, Tehsils and Talukas while Smart-PLS software are used for analysis and interpretation .The results indicate that Need for achievement, Internal locus of control, push motivation, access to finance, NGOs ( Non-government organizations Assistance) significantly contributes to entrepreneurial success in rural Sindh, while Propensity to take risk, Access to professional network, pull motivation government support and institutional environment do not contributes to female entrepreneurial success in rural Sindh. This paper recommends the various agencies like SMEDA, FWBL, WDD to review codes and improve asset endowment among rural females, provide coaching, mentoring, and networking services in rural Sindh, encourage Coordination in rural areas, engage the community to support rural female. Numerous studies have been conducted with few factors, but our study investigated internal as well as external factors that are almost little touched.
