In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the problem emerged that students who had graduated did not have permanent jobs. Competition in finding work today, can be seen from the inequality that occurs due to high unemployment, the solution to this problem is entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The theoretical basis used is the theory of planned behavior. The population used was 213 people using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and SEM PLS structural equation modeling. The results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy partially mediates the complementary effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study support the theory of planned and can be used as material for consideration and input for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.  Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation; Entrepreneurial Intention; Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy.
