Fireman Namekuji no Naka

Here the fireman (tobi no mono Hier の Hier) Namekuji no Naka. His robe shows a pattern in which the character “naka 中” is constantly repeated. In the triptych, the name of the woodcutter is reproduced twice with “Tanaka Horiushi In 中様” and once with “chōkō Ushinosuke In 様 In In In”.
