White wig with bar whip. Justaucorps, vest and trousers of red velvet, coat and vest with edge embroidery. Under the rock, the shoulder strap of the swedish. The right hand supports on a gilded table with paper, in the left hand paper.
Signed: “Roslin swear Paris 1763.”
New, wedged span frame. The canvas dubbed. Gilded, profiled frame with pearl and leaf rods and bearing twigs as a crown. The width of the frame list 117 mm. On the back of the frame: “Musee Carnavalet exposition la Suede et Paris No 143” in capital letters. Text patch on the frame: “A Roslin (1718-1795) Le Comte Ulric Scheffer (1716-1799) a 1775 Chateau de Skokloster.”
