Meet a hairdresser who has banished all this by substituting hula hula girls for dour-faced male assistants and given his salon a south seas decor . Man behind this Hula Hula idea is Mr Leonard Poutney , of Hounslow , Middlesex. With his attractive girl assistants wearing grass skirts , topless jumpers , yes , and even garlands of flowers round there pretty necks , it's little wonder that business for him is booming .
