এতিমের সম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনা : পরিপ্রেক্ষিত ইসলাম |Management of Orphan’s Wealth : An Islamic Perspective

A minor child without a father is usually called an orphan. Islam has given due importance to the issue of fostering orphans. It follows from this that it is forbidden to approach the wealth of orphans except in sound manner. Islamic Shariah has articulated basic principles and umabiguous guidelines regarding the upbringing of orphans and the management of their assets. It is absolutely necessary for an orphan fosterer to follow these principles. This article has employed descriptive and analytical manner and presented the Shariah guidelines for the management of orphans’ wealth from the Qur’ān, Ḥadīth and Fiqh (Islamic Law) literature. It has become evident from the article that it is necessary for the guardian to focus on the overall welfare of the orphans under him in every case and if he accomplishes the activities regarding assets management in the light of Shariah guidelines properly, it will be possible to ensure the socio-economic status and security of the orphans. Keywords : orphan, guardian, wealth, welfare, fosterage. সারসংক্ষেপ : সাধারণত পিতৃহীন নাবালক সন্তানকে এতিম হিসেবে অভিহিত করা হয়। ইসলাম এতিম প্রতিপালনের বিষয়টিকে যথাযথ গুরুত্ব প্রদান করেছে। এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় দেখা যায়, উত্তম পন্থা ব্যতীত এতিমের সম্পদের নিকটবর্তী হতে নিষেধ করা হয়েছে। শরীয়ত এতিম প্রতিপালন ও তার সম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনা সংক্রান্ত মূলনীতি ও সুস্পষ্ট দিক নির্দেশনা প্রদান করেছে। এতিম প্রতিপালনকারী তত্ত্বাবধায়কের জন্য এই সকল মূলনীতি অনুসরণ করা একান্ত আবশ্যক। আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধে আল কুরআন, হাদীস ও ফিকহী গ্রন্থাবলী হতে বর্ণনা ও বিশ্লেষণমূলক পদ্ধতিতে এতিমের সম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনার শরয়ী দিকনির্দেশনা উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে। বক্ষ্যমাণ প্রবন্ধের মাধ্যমে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে যে, অভিভাবকের জন্য প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে তার অধীনস্থ এতিমের সার্বিক কল্যাণের দিকে লক্ষ্য রাখা আবশ্যক এবং শরয়ী দিকনির্দেশনার আলোকে সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পদ ব্যবস্থ্াপনার কার্য পরিচালনা করলে এতিমের আর্থÑসামাজিক মর্যাদা, নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ সম্ভব হবে। মূলশব্দ : এতিম, অভিভাবক, সম্পদ, কল্যাণ, প্রতিপালন।
